Shillong 18 December: It came like a typhoon as the news of the passing away of Cl. Pynshngain swept the entire province. He was just 19 years old in age and 7 months a professed religious. Cl. Pyshngain who was supposed to have continued with his studies in Philosophy, came back to the province for treatment. He was assigned in Nongpoh Parish since October this year. On Wednesday 14th December he went to visit his brother who is at Umsning on a scooty but couldn’t meet him. He proceeded to Umroi to visit his friend, while on his way to the Parish he collided into a stationary truck and was taken to Bhoi Rymbong CHC and later brought to Civil Hospital Shillong who recommended him to be taken to Super Care Hospital in Shillong. He was kept on ventilator and on 18th December due to cardiac arrest, he passed away.
