Following the assembly, a tree plantation drive saw the enthusiastic participation of students and teachers, resulting in the planting of approximately 100 new trees within the school campus and surrounding areas. At 10:30 AM, the Science and Mathematics Exhibition was inaugurated, showcasing projects and models prepared by students from Classes 6 to 10. Four groups from St. Joseph’s Secondary School, Mawiong, also participated, contributing innovative ideas and practical demonstrations.
The day further featured an Essay Writing Competition for Class 11 students, focusing on environmental themes, and Drawing and Poster-Making Competitions for students across all classes. These activities fostered creativity and heightened awareness about environmental issues, particularly plastic pollution. The events successfully promoted environmental consciousness, creativity, and scientific temperament among students, while also encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing between participating schools.
