A great achievement is usually born of great sacrifice, and is never the result of selfishness. And how true are these words! We have witnessed this process over the last few years! The results our Bosconians have achieved are in direct proportion to the effort they have applied. They have made the Salesian Province of Shillong very proud and give validity to the reason why Don Bosco institutions/schools are known among the Top 10 schools in Northeast India. Several laurels have been earned by our schools in Mizoram, Tripura, Silchar, and in Meghalaya through the sensational achievement of many of our students. All the Don Bosco Schools in Tripura achieved resounding success (100 %) this year’s board examination conducted by the TBSE. With unwavering dedication from all the stake holders of our schools we have, once again, demonstrated our commitment to excellence in education with outstanding performance by Bosconians. The collaborative efforts of students, parents, teachers and the Salesians and the members of the Salesian family have been instrumental in fostering a supportive learning atmosphere conducive to this great success of this year’s board examination result of our 30 Don Bosco Schools in Meghalaya, Mizoram, Tripura and Barak Valley (Silchar).
