27 July 2026: The Riangdo Subdistrict held its End-of-the-Month Prayer Service (Jingïaseng Kut Bnai) at Thaïem Village, Parish Sonapahar, bringing together faithful from various villages across the subdistrict.
The Holy Mass was celebrated by Fr. Giles Thyrniang, who encouraged the congregation to remain firm in their faith and to live out their Christian calling with commitment and hope.
The celebration was made even more special with the administration of the Sacrament of Baptism, marking a joyful occasion for the newly baptized and the entire faith community.
To promote a deeper understanding of God’s Word, a Bible Quiz Competition was organized for the faithful. The winners received prizes in recognition of their outstanding knowledge of the Holy Scriptures.
The gathering concluded in a spirit of prayer, fellowship, and joy, strengthening the bonds of unity and faith among the members of the Riangdo Subdistrict.
