Tripura 26th July: On July 26, 2023, the youth leaders of the Mohorpara Deanery assembled together for a meeting at Baijalbari Parish. The youth leaders from different parishes in the deanery took part in the Eucharistic celebration. The meeting was centred around the diocesan youth day, which will be held on August 6 at Agartala Cathedral. During the meeting, each parish was allotted six delegates for the gathering, and the youth expressed their desire to have a musical meet-up seminar. About 200 youths are expected to participate in the programme, which will be held from October 27 to October 29. A budget of Rs. 1 lakh was proposed, which will be contributed by the youth of different parishes for the seminar and other expenses. In this gathering, praise and worship were given the highest priority, which will enrich the lives of the youth with the greatest faith and make them grow closer to Jesus. The animators will tour different parishes. A great enthusiasm was manifested among young people. There was also a Suggestion suggested by the youths, i.e., to have two animation programmes for the young people of the Deanery each year. The meeting was concluded with a short prayer and blessing by Fr. Paul Panachikkal, Sdb.
