Shillong 16th June: On 16th May, 2023, the Sunnyside Community welcomes the New Socius, Fr. Prabir Minj with great joy. The Community celebrates the occasion with the Thanksgiving Solemn Mass being the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Fr. Prabir Minj is the main celebrant and concelebrated by Fr. V. T. Jose and Fr. Pyndeilang. After Mass, the Community had a short welcome Programme. During the Programme, the Novices express their joy and gratitude with their Choir Pieces, songs and an Address. Fr. V. T. Jose, the Novice Master welcomed and appreciated Fr. Minj on behalf of the Community. He expresses his words of appreciation to Fr. Prabir Minj for his generosity, availability and his acceptance as the Socius. He also assures him of the Community's cooperation, support and brotherly love. He then wishes the new Socius a pleasant stay and joyful accompaniment of the Novices. He concludes saying "Fr.Prabir Minj is the gift of the Sacred Heart."
