Shillong, December 13th, 2023: Over 839 students, teachers, and Salesians from 18 schools across the Shillong Province gathered at Don Bosco Silchar for the 2023 edition of the Bosco Olympics. The three-day event, aimed at fostering sportsmanship and camaraderie among students, kicked off on December 13th and will culminate in a grand finale and prize distribution on December 15th.

The Bosco Olympics saw an energetic participation of 512 boys and 327 girls, alongside 75 teachers and 25 Salesians. This enthusiastic turnout reflects the growing importance of the event in promoting sporting talent and providing a platform for healthy competition among students from different Salesian institutions.
