Shillong July 28, 2023: The new academic year session 2023-2024 of Don Bosco Technical School, Shillong begun today with the inauguration function held at Don Bosco hall today 10:00 am in the present of the chief guest Ma’am Anita Kharpor, MCS, Director of Employment and Craftsmen Training (DECT) and the guest of honor P. Dhar Executive Engineer PWD, Electrical, other dignitaries Fathers, brothers, Teachers, Instructors, Parents and students of DBTS. The program started with the Bible reading, prayers and lighting of the lamb. The invited guests of the day spoke to encourage the students to take their lives and training at DBTS seriously so as to be able to stand on their own feet and not dependent on parents. The inaugural function ended at around 11:15 am.
