Shillong, 29th November 2025: The aspirants of the Pastoral Centre organized a seminar and exhibition on the life of Don Bosco on 29 November 2025. Held throughout the morning, the programme aimed to deepen the boys’ understanding of the life, mission, and spirituality of St. John Bosco.
During the seminar, the boys presented their assignment papers on various dimensions of Don Bosco’s life. Their presentations explored significant themes such as his early challenges, his dedication to poor and abandoned youth, his preventive system of education, and the founding of the Salesian Congregation. Each participant delivered his work with confidence, clarity, and thoughtful reflection.
Complementing the seminar was an exhibition featuring charts, drawings, timelines, inspirational quotes, and other creative displays related to Don Bosco. The boys invested considerable effort in preparing the materials, making the exhibition both visually engaging and educational.
Overall, the programme was a great success. The boys displayed commendable discipline, enthusiasm, and active involvement. The morning session not only broadened their knowledge but also encouraged them to embrace the values exemplified and taught by Don Bosco.
