26th May 2024, Rambrai: Mount Calvary Parish in Rambrai marked Trinity Sunday with a profound celebration, witnessing 195 children receiving their First Holy Communion after rigorous preparation led by Teacher Rose Mary Thongnibah and the parish youth. Despite a slight rain, the Holy Mass, officiated by Rev Fr Alistair Marweiñ SDB, accompanied by Fr Gel Gilbert Bhoi SDB and Asst Parish Priest Fr Alexius Dkhar SDB, was moved indoors, where the faithful congregated eagerly. Following the Mass, a poignant Marian Procession traversed through the market to the new national Rambrai Chhaygaon Highway, culminating in a reflection on Mary Help of Christ, led by Fr Alistair and Fr Gilbert Gel Bhoi, with a solemn Benediction marking the conclusion.
