Shillong 1st November: The aspirants of the Pastoral Centre concluded the Marian Month with deep devotion and spiritual fervor through a solemn candlelight procession and a joyful Marian Nite celebration on 31st October 2025 at Pastoral Centre premises.
The evening began with a prayerful procession in honor of Our Blessed Mother, where the aspirants, holding lighted candles, sang hymns and recited the Holy Rosary with heartfelt devotion. The atmosphere radiated peace and reverence as the faithful expressed their filial love, gratitude, and trust in Mary, the Star of the Sea and Mother of the Church.
Following the procession, the celebration continued in the auditorium with a vibrant Marian Nite. The program included soulful Marian hymns, inspiring reflections on Mary’s virtues, and various competitions such as hymn singing, Marian art, and a quiz on the life of the Blessed Virgin. Each activity reflected the participants’ love for the Mother of God and their desire to imitate her humility, obedience, and faith.
The entire celebration was a beautiful expression of Marian devotion, uniting all in prayer, joy, and thanksgiving. It served as a fitting conclusion to the Marian Month, drawing everyone closer to Jesus through Mary, our Heavenly Mother and model of faith.
