Silchar, 14th August 2026: A two-day CBSE Teacher Training and Capacity Building Programme was successfully conducted at DBS Silchar on 13th and 14th August 2026, with Mr. Bijan Saha, Principal, Vivekananda Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ramnagar, Silchar, serving as the Resource Person.
The training sessions focused on key areas including stress management, effective classroom management, becoming an effective teacher, and monitoring the individual growth and development of every student. The programme aimed to empower teachers with practical strategies to enhance their professional effectiveness and contribute meaningfully to the holistic development of every child.
