Shillong, 15th November 2025: The Aspirants of the Pastoral Centre joyfully organized a pre-Christmas gathering as a moment of gratitude, fraternity, and celebration before leaving for their Christmas holidays. The programme was held in a warm and festive atmosphere, reflecting the true spirit of Christmas. A significant highlight of the event was the felicitation of the domestic staff, whose selfless service and silent dedication contribute immensely to the smooth functioning of the Centre. The aspirants expressed their appreciation through words of gratitude, small gifts, and heartfelt applause, acknowledging the staff as an integral part of the pastoral family.
The gathering included prayer, Christmas carols, short messages, and cultural items that emphasized love, humility, and service. The Rector and formators encouraged the aspirants to carry the values of compassion and joy into their homes during the holidays. The event concluded with fellowship and refreshments, leaving everyone with a deep sense of gratitude, unity, and Christmas joy as the aspirants departed for their well-deserved break.
