Shillong 30th June: Forty teachers of St Anthony’s Lower Primary School, Shillong attended the seminar beginning at 9:30am to 3:30pm today the 30th June 2023. After a short introduction by the Headmaster Father Raphael Tham, Mr. Leo Anthony Dougherty the resource person took over the seminar and spoke about the crucial role of educators in shaping the lives of their students. He emphasized the positive characteristics of a good teacher and accentuated the profound and lasting impact of teacher-student relationships by citing appropriate examples from true life. Mr. Leo ended his discourse by inviting the teachers to critically give their evaluation on the Seminar. Three teachers volunteered and presented their evaluation.
