27th November 2024, Herma: The first House Assembly of Bosco Home Herma Pre-Novitiate for the 2024-2025 academic year was held on 27th November 2024 at 5:30 PM. The primary agenda for this session was the discussion of the sodalities report. The assembly began with the hymn to the Holy Spirit, followed by the presentation of the report of the different sodalities, which focused on the different activities of the the different sodalities. Various aspects of the sodalities, such as participation levels, achievements and areas for improvement, were highlighted during the discussions. Participants shared insights on how to enhance engagement, address challenges, and strengthen the sodalities' role in the overall formation of the Pre-Novitiate community. Ideas were also presented on integrating more collaborative activities between different groups within the sodalities to promote unity and active involvement. The second session of the House Assembly was held on 28th November 2024 at 1:15 PM. The focus of this meeting was the report on the oratory, which is an important aspect of the apostolate of the Pre-Novitiate. The oratory report addressed the effectiveness of recent programs, attendance, and the impact of oratory activities on the formation of the members. Discussions also centered around the planning of future oratory events and activities, with an emphasis on fostering a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for all participants. Both sessions of the House Assembly were vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of the community. The members' active participation and open dialogue were crucial in setting clear objectives for the year, fostering unity, and ensuring that the spiritual and communal life of the Pre-Novitiate flourishes throughout the academic year 2024-2025.
