Shillong 19th June: A historical event that was witnessed by the Sunnyside Community on the 18th June 2023, the pilgrimage of the Faithful from Laitkor Parish to Sunnyside. Those faithful were from the proper Parish Centre. There were 400 plus faithful participating in this holy act of faith. The Pilgrimage was led by Fr. Sylvester Synrem, the Parish Priest. They were welcomed gladly by the Sunnyside Community. They started their day with the Benediction in the morning and the Holy Eucharist in the afternoon. Their whole day was dedicated in prayers and reflection. By 4:30 pm, they started leaving to their own homes. They were grateful and appreciative to the Novitiate Community for allowing them to come there and for arranging the basic necessary facilities. They were also thankful to Fr. Makri and his team for their generous help with the Media.
