18th November 2024, Herma: On the 17th of November 2024, Fr. Jeevan Kishoree SDB, the Vice Provincial of the Salesian Province of Shillong, arrived for his visitation at Bosco Home Herma, Tripura. His visit was part of his pastoral duties and to connect with the Salesian communities. On the 18th of November, Fr. Jeevan began his day with the Holy Mass before heading to Don Bosco School Herma. There, he addressed the students, offering spiritual guidance and encouragement, emphasizing the importance of education and faith in their lives. His message resonated with the young minds as he encouraged them to grow in both academic and moral virtues. Following his visit to the school, Fr. Jeevan proceeded to the Pre-Novitiate, where he spent time with the pre-novices. He shared valuable insights and reflections on their vocation journey, motivating them to deepen their commitment to the Salesian way of life. By 10:30 am, Fr. Jeevan left for Bishramganj, marking the conclusion of his brief but meaningful visit to the community. His presence and words of wisdom were greatly appreciated by the communities he visited, and his visit strengthened the bonds of faith and commitment within the Salesian family.
