Don Bosco Technical School,3rd January 2024: In a significant initiative towards youth development, Don Bosco Technical School Launched the commencement of its Winter Free Courses starting today the 3rd of January to 19th January 2024. The courses started with the orientation and inauguration in the AV Hall. The Chief Guest of the day was Fr. James Thyrniang the Provincial Economer of the Shillong Province in the Presence of the Principal, Teachers, Brothers and Students. Around 355 Students attended the winter free course at DBTS this year. These courses, designed to provide valuable learning opportunities, aim to empower individuals with essential skills during the winter season. Fr James expressed his gratitude to the teachers for their sacrifices they made to teach even though its still holiday seasons. The Courses Offered are: - Basic Computer, DEO, DTP, Graphics Design, Fast Food, Bakery, Cake Specialized, Basic Makeup, Basic Beauty, Communication Skills, Spoken English, Basic Electrical. Don Bosco Technical School is proud to have experienced and dedicated instructors for each course. These instructors bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ensure that participants receive quality education and guidance throughout the courses.
