OBSERVATION OF SARASWATI PUJA AT DON BOSCO SCHOOL, SILCHAR
13th February 2024, Silchar: On February 13, 2024, Don Bosco School, Silchar embraced the spirit of knowledge and wisdom through the observance of Saraswati Puja during the morning’s assembly. The school buzzed with fervour as students, teachers, and staff gathered to honor Goddess Saraswati, the epitome of learning and enlightenment.
The celebration unfolded with a short speech on the celebration of Saraswati Puja by Rajdeep Paul IX, floral tribute to the picture of goddess Saraswati and a musical rendition by Pratyaksha IX. The vibrant atmosphere was further elevated by cultural performances showcasing the talents of students. After the assembly the principal along with a few teachers and monitors and vice- monitors paid their homage to the statue of goddess Saraswati in the religious garden of the school.
The occasion served as a reminder of the importance of seeking knowledge and wisdom, and the role of education in shaping individuals and communities.
