Shillong 13th June: A one day Workshop on “Fire Drill Safety Demonstration” was organized by the community of Don Bosco Technical School to the ITI, FVT trainees, teachers and workers at Don Bosco Campus. The workshop begun at 11:00 am on the 12th of June, 2023 for trainees of different departments and workers. The following points were discussed, and mock drill was also conducted to create awareness to all of the attendees on how to use fire extinguishers and how many types of extinguishers was also explained by the Health and safety Officers. Students participants were actively involved in the demonstration process and learnt to deal with prevention of accidental generation of fire in different situations.
