18th August 2024, Nongstoin: The Nongstoin Diocese Catholic Youth Movement (NDCYM) successfully wrapped up its 39th Touring Program Zone 1 at Pyndengrei Parish from August 16-18, 2024. Participating parishes included Umwahlang, Mawlangdep, Mawkhlam, Maweit, Nonbah, and Pyndengrei. The event featured a Holy Mass led by Bishop Wilbert Marwein, with Father Marius Thongni and other priests in attendance. Nongstoin MLA Gabriel Wahlang attended the closing ceremony, commending the youth for their enthusiastic participation over the three days. The program concluded with a vibrant cultural presentation, showcasing the diverse talents of the youth. The event highlighted unity and the spirited involvement of the Catholic community.
